 following notification by both the Ada County Highway District and Boise Police Department that they will not issue Street or Lane Closure permits on Halloween.💔

Undeterred, Chaos & Joy™ has transformed MJ's Thriller from a parade starter to Get Your Thrill On, a Spotify podcast prompted 💥 Flash Mob 💥 and reimagined itself from a possibly annual event to a year 'round unrestrained vehicle for tomfoolery, jackassery, and artistic expression with the same Mission.
